Museum Passes
Passes are available to be checked out for discounted admission to many area cultural institutions. Passes are purchased by the Friends of the Pembroke Library with help from the Pembroke Cultural Council.

Call to check availability or to make a reservation, or use the "reserve my pass" link below to do it from home. Then come in to pick them up!

Passes may be available from other libraries (pdf). Please call the owning library for availability.

Yoga Classes
Kripalu yoga taught by instructors from The Yoga Connection in Plymouth. Classes meet weekly (October to May) and cost $45 a month or $35 for members of the Friends of the Pembroke Library ($10 for a yearly membership). Classes meet Wednesday mornings. New sign-ups monthly. No pregnant women, please.

Book Club
The Friends of the Library Book Group welcome new members. Meetings are every other month on the first Tuesday at 7 pm. The discussions are informal and fun. If you've thought about joining us in the past, but haven't had time to read the books, here are the next few selections so you can get a jump start on your reading!

November 1 : The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot

January 3, 2012: The Kitchen House by Kathleen Grissom

March 6, 2012: Unbroken by Lauren Hillenbrand

Meeting Rooms

The library meeting room is available for use. Please see the meeting room application and room use policy. The rooms are very heavily used; priority is given to library programs and Pembroke groups. Community-service, public non-profits are not charged a room fee; private non-profits, companies and individuals are charged. Please confirm availabilty of desired date and time by calling or coming into the library.
