More than Just Books...

For All Ages

The Library offers a broad collection of books, DVDs, video games, audiobooks, music, magazines, newspapers, and more.  We have several special collections including read-alongs (CDs with accompanying picture books) for families and beginning readers, Braille literature, parenting and teaching reference books, and more tailored to our community's needs and interests.

There is also a collection of eBooks and downloadable audiobooks.

For Gamers

We also have a limited collection of video games on our shelves (available for two week checkouts) on Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, Wii, WiiU, XBOX 360, XBOX Kinect, XBOX One, PS4, and PC.

Collections of board and card games for use in the Library are in the Young Adult Lounge and the Children's Room for you to enjoy.

Collection Highlights

Graphic Novels (stories told through a combination of pictures and text, much like a comic book) and Manga (a Japanese art form of graphic novels) are available for children, teens, and adults.

There is a considerable collection of large print books for all ages for those who may find the larger text easier to read. We have best selling authors in large print as well, though please keep in mind that you may need to place a title on Hold if others are enjoying it first.

We have a large collection of DVDs: blockbusters, classics, documentaries, TV, and instructional.

There are music CDs as well as audiobooks on CD. These are great for long drives, or to listen to while you work. The books on CD are also wonderful for people who may be vision impaired. They can still enjoy their favorite authors.

We have an ongoing deposit of Books in Braille, on loan from the Perkins School for the Blind.
