Room use requests are prioritized as follows:
- Library
- Library associated groups
- Town of Pembroke Departments, Boards, and Committees
- Pembroke community non-profit groups
- Local non-profit groups
- Private groups/businesses/condo associations (fees paid)
Main Meeting Room
The main meeting room is available for classes and meetings.
The Library Meeting Room is primarily available for library programs and functions that support the informational, educational, and cultural purposes of the library.
When not being used by the library, the room is available for use by non-profit community groups upon approval of an application form. The room is equipped with audio/video equipment and has a capacity of 100 people.
Art exhibits are displayed on a month by month basis.
While every attempt is made to accommodate requests, the Library and the Town have first priority for space for events and classes.

Trustees Room
The Trustees Room is available for small groups.
The smaller Trustees Room is offered to smaller groups based on availability, subject to the same rules as the larger room. No food or beverages are allowed in this room.
Study Pods
Two study pods are available by reservation and for drop in use.
Two study pods and the Trustees Room can be used for individual or small group (1-2 people), personal, non-commercial use. Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance and for a maximum of two hours at a time, four times a month. When available, drop in usage will also be accommodated. When fulfilling room reservation requests, the study pods will be filled first. The accessible Trustees Room and Large Meeting Room shall be the last filled, and allocated for patrons who need an accessible space.
