Your library card opens doors to fun, adventure and knowledge!
Get your library card!
Signing up for a library card is easy, and it will be one of the most valuable things in your wallet! Just come in to the library with identification and proof of your current address. If you’ve just moved to Pembroke, bring a piece of mail or registration with your current address. If you are under 14, you will need a parent or guardian present to get a new card.
If you have a card with us but have lost it, you will need to show a picture ID. It will cost $1.00 to replace your card. If your card is lost or stolen, notify our Circulation Department immediately to prevent unauthorized borrowing. By signing the registration form and receiving the library card, you are agreeing to obey all rules, take good care of all materials borrowed, pay all fines or damages accrued, and to give prompt notice of change in address, telephone number, or email address. If you already have a library card with another library outside the SAILS network but would like to join, the application process is the same as above. We will add a sticker to your out-of-network card that allows you to use the SAILS network. Library cards expire every three years to allow us to update your contact information. If you get a message that your card has expired, please stop by so we may renew your card for another three years.

What's my PIN?
When you use your library card online, you will be asked for your PIN. You were assigned one when you got your card. It should be the last four numbers of the your phone number.

The SAILS Mobile app offers a new level of access to everything our library network has to offer - wherever you are and whenever you need it!
