Upcoming program highlights:
On Thursday, April 17th at 7 pm:
Join N. Edson Cunniff as she shares her passion for writing and describes her journey from writer to author-publisher. She has written, edited, and self-published two books: Dodging Peach Stones, a story of unexpected betrayal in a small town and Bits and Pieces, an anthology of short stories. As leader of the Lakeville COA Writing Group, she edited and self-published an anthology of their works, Word by Word; her short story, Glory Days, was published in the March 2014 edition of the online magazine, Twisted Endings.
Everyone is welcome and the program is free.
We will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 20th
AND Patriot's Day, April 21st.
There will be an upgrade on Monday, April 21st, on the Enterprise catalog...it will be available for searching. However, servcies that require authentication of your library card will be affected. This includes Tixkeeper, Freegal, Overdrive, etc. The Virtual Catalog will also be unavailable during the upgrade.

There are over 60 educational games with a touch screen. This computer was generously donated by the Friends of the Pembroke Public Library.
If you have a collection that you would like to display, we'd love to see them.
Our display cases are available for exhibits in one month blocks!

Did you know we also have the beautiful prints of local artist's Becky Haletky's Pembroke images? We have all the 300th memorabilia for sale. There is still time to pick up these special momentos!

The library now has 6 new databases: Chiltons (for auto repair), Legal Forms, Powerspeak Languages (learn a new language!), Priceit! (value of antiques), Career Transitions, and Testing and Education Reference Center. Have your library card handy and give them a try.
We also have Ancestry.com for use in the library.
We are a drop off site for food and cash for the Pembroke Food Pantry.

Friday & Saturday : 10 am - 5 pm
Sundays : 12- 4 p.m. (Oct. to May)
