Embark on a culinary adventure!

Cookbook Club

Pembroke Public Library is thrilled to announce its very first "Pembroke Cooks" Cookbook Club! Enjoy a potluck style meal and meet other enthusiastic home cooks and foodies in your community.

Join us Thursday, July 10th from 6:30-7:30pm. Registration required (see below).

This month we are cooking from Erin French! French is a self taught cook who began her career hosting dinner parties in her apartment. She drew inspiration from her Maine country roots and used local, farm grown ingredients to create simple but delicious recipes. She now runs her restaurant, “The Lost Kitchen” in Freedom, Maine, where the only way to get a reservation is to send in a postcard in the mail. Get a little lost and discover the magic in home cooking with us at our next cookbook club meeting!

If you would prefer to skip the cooking and come in for dinner, you are also welcome at our table. As an optional step, bring in your copy of your cookbook so that other home cooks and foodies may enjoy browsing it. Photocopying recipes will be allowed at the end of the evening.

We ask that if you bring a dish, that it is fully cooked and prepared ahead of time (raw dishes, such as sushi, are not permitted).

Registration is required. Sign up by using the link below or call the library at 781-293-6771.
