As referenced in the Collection Development Policy, the Library also follows The Library Bill of Rights of the American Library Association.
The Library Board of Trustees meet the third Wednesday of each month unless otherwise stated in an agenda. There is no meeting in July.
Agendas are posted on the Town of Pembroke website at least 48 hours prior to each meeting.
Each monthly report contains Minutes from the previous month's meeting; reports from the Director, Youth Services, and Reference department; and other relevant documents.
